I recently started off my new year with a lifestyle newborn photography session for this new little fam! For years I have been back and forth on how I feel about photographing newborns– truth is, it has always made me nervous. I SO love the cute posed babes happily asleep, posed in perfection, with the latest headband and all…. but getting those photographs (for me) was so incredibly stressful and never really felt right. Fast forward a couple years later, insert around-the-house-go-with-the-flow lifestyle photography and BAM everything finally made sense for me. Capturing newborns in their home bathed in natural light, surrounded by the newfound love, I can’t imagine anything more natural and real.
Having the pleasure to photograph this little babe– her tiny fresh hands, tiny flaked feet, and super wonderful baby smell had this girls ovaries hurting (not gonna lie!). I feel as though I say this every time I see a newborn but you really do forget so quickly how really small they are. She is such a wonderful tiny little package, congrats guys!
